Just in edge of Le Marais, a small, economical studio in the pleasant, lively area of the Republic Square. The large Republic Square marks symbolically the entrance in the historical Paris center. Towards the Seine, one enters into Le Marais and towards the West on the Grands boulevards and the Opera. Under the Square there are many subway lines to go quickly everywhere in and outside Paris. All around there are many shops and restaurants busy day and night.

The studio is quietly located in a typical popular Parisian building of the 19th century. View on a rectangular courtyard lined with old workshops of craftsmen, reconverted today. There is a good level of comfort (Please see equipment detail below). Bathroom and toilet are impeccable.

This small studio is excellent for a stay in the center of Paris at a very attractive rate.
